We offer a standard 30-day return policy for all items, with the exception of personalized goods. Here are the details:

• General Returns: You can return any non-personalized item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Exclusions: Personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or not as described.

• Faulty or Not as Described Items: If an item is faulty or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Include a picture to illustrate the issue. You can return such items within 30 days for a full refund, repair, or replacement. We will cover the cost of return postage in these cases.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
